Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our instruments and offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

What’s Covered:

Defects in material or workmanship.
Structural or functional failures not caused by misuse, modification, or improper care.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear from repeated use.
Corrosion due to improper cleaning, sterilization, or handling.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

If a defect covered under this warranty is found, Medex will repair or replace the instrument at no cost to the customer, at our sole discretion.

Return Policy

At Medex, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.
A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or special-order instruments.
Used or autoclaved products.
Instruments showing signs of tampering or misuse.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Support team here to request a Return Authorization.
Once approved, securely package the item along with the invoice.
Ship to the address provided by our team. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damages

In case of damage during transit, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items.
Retain all original packaging for inspection.

We will coordinate with the carrier and arrange for replacement if the claim is approved.
